What will scheduling URLs display to the other party?

Scheduling URLs issued on Spir will only display candidate dates and times to the other party and will not display other events on Google Calendar or outlook belonging to you or your colleagues.

Candidate dates and times will be shown to the other party in the following manner.

The title of the event and the organizer’s name will be displayed on the upper left side of the screen when the scheduling URL created on Spir is opened.

A list of the candidate dates and times will be displayed below it. The calendar view on the right side of the screen will also display candidate date and times with a dotted outline.
The other party can select and confirm the schedule by either clicking on the candidate date and time within the calendar or by clicking on “Select” from the list of candidates on the right side of the screen.
For scheduling URLs, if none of the candidate dates and time work, the other party can request or propose alternate dates by clicking on the “Request/Suggest alternates” button. (An email will be sent to the organizer.)

Once a candidate is chosen, guest users will be asked to enter their email address, while Spir users will be asked to choose which calendar they wish to use for the event.

Clicking on “Confirm” will confirm the schedule and send an email with details on the event to organizers, attendees, as well as the recipient. An invitation will also be sent to everyone’s calendars.*
*Requires a calendar compatible with ics files such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCalendar. (Invitations will not be sent to unsupported calendars like Cybozu.)
