Why are available times not showing up as candidates on templates?

Templates allow you to schedule using available candidate dates and times that match preset conditions. However, times may not be displayed as candidates depending on the conditions configured.
The following are some common errors.

The daily event limit threshold has been exceeded

  • It is possible to configure the settings so that dates will not be extracted if the number of events on that day exceeds the threshold.
*All-day events and events you mark as “Not attending” will not be counted. *This is not the limit of events registered on Spir.
  • This cannot be used if participants are added.
